Privacy Policy

QuoteRally helps home-service contractors follow up on estimates. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Contractor accounts: your email, login details, business name, first name, optional phone and the settings you choose.
• Estimates you add: your customers' names, phone numbers or emails, job type, amount and dates, plus the follow-up history you record.
• Homeowner replies: when a homeowner uses a reply link, we store their answer, optional reason and note, and that the link was opened.
• Usage analytics: page views and product events (for example “estimate added”) so we can improve the product. We don't use advertising trackers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent personal information.
• We don't contact your customers. Every message is sent by you, from your own phone or email.
• We don't use your customer list for our own marketing.

Who can see your data

Each account's estimates and replies are isolated by database-level access rules, so only the signed-in account that created them can read them. Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Base44) processes data on our behalf to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Contractors can export their estimate data to CSV and permanently delete their estimates, replies and business profile from Settings at any time. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; cancel in Plan & billing to stop future charges. Processed homeowner reply records are deleted automatically once applied to the estimate. Minimal owner-scoped hashes of opted-out phone numbers and email addresses are retained separately from estimates to prevent accidental recontact after a reimport or workspace deletion. These hashes are not anonymous data. Contact support for review or a privacy request; deleting an estimate or changing helpful-email consent does not restore contact permission. Homeowners who want their information removed can ask the contractor who contacted them, or contact us below.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Reply links contain a random secret. A reply without the correct secret is ignored.

Changes

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and notify account holders by email.
