Terms of Service
Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of QuoteRally. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
QuoteRally schedules and drafts follow-up messages for estimates you enter and lets homeowners reply through a link. You decide whether and when to send each message; QuoteRally does not send texts or emails to your customers on your behalf.
Pricing and billing
QuoteRally costs $49 per business per month, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. There is no contract. You can create an account and add estimates before subscribing; sending follow-ups requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing (through Stripe's customer portal) or by messaging us from Settings; cancellation stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
Your responsibilities
- Only add people you have a genuine business relationship with, such as customers who requested an estimate from you.
- Follow the laws that apply to your messages, including honoring any request to stop contacting someone.
- Keep your login secure and don't share accounts between separate businesses.
- Don't use QuoteRally for bulk marketing, cold outreach or unlawful content.
Your data
You own the data you put into QuoteRally. You can export or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep QuoteRally reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and features may change. QuoteRally does not guarantee any particular number of replies or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuoteRally's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your data and stop using QuoteRally at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
